At Moore MedTech, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. However, we understand that this may not always be the case. In this event, we offer returns for most items sent back to us up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Please review this page to learn more about our return policies.
Please note that your return may require you to return the item at your own expense unless you are returning a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect. In these circumstances, you will be refunded the cost of returning these items once your return is processed. We do not refund return costs in the event that you have changed your mind about products which are not defective, damaged or incorrect.
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. To exercise your cancellation right we require you to email us at email@example.com or call us on 0113 543 1450. Please note all items need to be returned within 14 days of the return being scheduled.
As well as your statutory cancellation rights described above, you can return products purchased on our site within 30 days of the delivery date. In order to do this, the products must be in an unused and undamaged condition and within their original packaging. Any seals present must not be broken or tampered with.

If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect item you will not be responsible for the cost of the return. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange your return.
If you have changed your mind or want to cancel an item that has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Once we have received your returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Please note, the time it takes for the balance to show in your account will be down to your card provider.
